Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at Corporate Park in Pembroke

South Shore Construction opens in Suite #1140

NORWELL, PEMBROKE, MA, ISSUED AUGUST 15, 2010 - Unicorn Realty, one of the region's leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, today announced that it recently completed a lease for a new tenant at its Corporate Park location in Pembroke.

South Shore Construction, a full-service construction company, has opened its doors in Suite #1140 at Corporate Park, located at 300 Oak Street in Pembroke.

Noah Jones, owner of South Shore Construction, has signed a lease to operate from the 1,500 square foot unit.

Denece Clinton of Unicorn Realty served as broker.
