New England Solar Hot Water, Inc to lease unit at 300 Oak Street

NORWELL, MA, NOVEMBER 28, 2011—Unicorn Realty, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate development, management, and brokerage firms, announced that they have recently completed a lease with New England Solar Hot Water, Inc.

New England Solar Hot Water, Inc is an alternative energy contractor that specializes in solar water heating systems for both commercial and residential customers.

The company has signed a lease to operate the business from the 1,250-square-foot unit. Robert Fraser of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

Corporate Park at Pembroke is Unicorn Realty’s signature property, with 370,000 square feet of commerce located at 300 Oak Street, Pembroke, Massachusetts.
