Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at Corporate Park in Pembroke

Secret Physique owner sees growth since opening doors in October

NORWELL, PEMBROKE, MA, ISSUED MARCH 30, 2010 - Unicorn Realty, one of the region's leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, today announced that it recently completed a three-year lease for a new tenant at its Corporate Park location in Pembroke.

Secret Physique, a fitness/dance barre studio, opened its doors at 1330 Corporate Park Drive on October 5th, according to business owner Jennifer Anania.

Anania has signed a three-year lease to operate from the 1,000 square foot unit. Denece Clinton of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

"I re-located from a smaller studio and am more than pleased with our new studio in Corporate Park," said Anania. "As a result of being in this new location we have been able to grow rapidly and fill our classes; we couldn't be happier."

Corporate Park at Pembroke is Unicorn Realty's signature property, with 400,000 square feet of commerce located at 300 Oak Street, Pembroke, Massachusetts. The Park is conveniently located right off Route 3 at exit 12.
