Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at Hanover Court location

Mobility Plus Physical Therapy opens at 193 Rockland Street in Hanover

NORWELL, PEMBROKE, MA,  JUNE 3, 2011 – Unicorn Realty, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate development, management, and brokerage firms, today announced that it recently completed a three-year lease for a new tenant at its Hanover Court location.

Mobility Plus Physical Therapy Services is a private physical therapy practice specializing in orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports rehabilitation services. Owner Craig Tarantino has been a licensed physical therapy practitioner for over twelve years. He is also a local youth soccer coach and works as a professional photographer.

“They’re a great addition to the plaza,” said Brian Murphy, Vice President at Unicorn Realty. “I think they’ll be very successful at this location.”

Tarantino has signed a three-year lease to operate his practice from the 1680-square-foot unit. Robert Fraser of Unicorn Realty served as broker.
