Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at Corporate Park in Pembroke

Duxbury resident Doanne Andresen opens Kidbridge Learning Center

NORWELL, HANOVER, MA, ISSUED JANUARY 16, 2011—Unicorn Realty, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, announced they have recently completed a five-year lease with Kidbridge Learning Center to open in newly renovated space at the Pembroke Corporate Park, Unit 1660 at 300 Oak Street in Pembroke.

Kidbridge Learning Center will offer programs for children from 8 weeks to 8 years of age with different classrooms and programs appropriate for the learning needs of the infants, toddlers, pre-school and early elementary students. The center also has an indoor play room for inclement weather and a brand new 3,000-square-foot outdoor playground, according to Holly Sheils, Business Manager of the Kidbridge Learning Center. A Grand Opening is scheduled for Saturday, January 29th from 12 to 3 pm with a live broadcast by WATD radio, free lunch, raffles and games.

Denece Clinton of Unicorn Realty served as broker for the 7,600-square-foot center which has the capacity to serve between 80 to 100 students, from full time to afternoon enrichment programs. Kidbridge Learning Center has hired four teachers and will expand their professional staff as enrollment increases. The center is open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday and offers flexible scheduling for parents.

Duxbury resident Doanne Andresen is owner and Director of Kidbridge Learning Center. She has a Master's Degree in the Education of Reading and 22 years experience as a teacher and Reading Specialist in the Brockton Public Schools.
