Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at Corporate Park in Pembroke

Day Boat Collaborative to lease unit at 300 Oak Street

NORWELL, MA, NOVEMBER 28, 2011—Unicorn Realty, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate development, management, and brokerage firms, announced that they have recently completed a lease with Day Boat Collaborative.

Day Boat Collaborative is a seafood distribution company started by Matt Henderson last spring. The company works directly with local fishermen to provide its customers with fresh, sustainable, responsibly sourced seafood.

The company has signed a lease to operate the business from the 1,000-square-foot unit. Robert Fraser of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

Corporate Park at Pembroke is Unicorn Realty’s signature property, with 370,000 square feet of commerce located at 300 Oak Street, Pembroke, Massachusetts.
