Unicorn Realty holds "Business Survival Strategy" seminar for clients

NORWELL, PEMBROKE, MA, ISSUED MAY 13, 2010 - Unicorn Realty, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, recently hosted the third of a series of four free seminars for clients to address key issues facing business owners.

"Business Survival Strategies: Cash is King" was presented by Youssef Abdouh and Len Morrissey, Small Business Administration specialists with Eastern Bank; the well-attended seminar provided an understanding of the role of the Small Business Administration and information regarding various SBA offerings.

Quarterly seminars held at Unicorn Realty’s Corporate Park location in Pembroke were introduced last fall to provide information and support to tenants, particularly during challenging economic times.
