Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at 412 Washington Street in Norwell

NORWELL, MA, ISSUED SEPTEMBER 24, 2010 - Unicorn Realty, one of the region's leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, announces its most recent tenant at 412 Washington Street in Norwell.

Books & More, a wholesale book and toy outlet opened its doors on September 10, according to business owner Jay Phillips; plans are in the works for a retail component to the business, slated to open at the same location later in the year.

Denece Clinton of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

"We wanted to establish a presence in Norwell and recognized that this prime location offered enough space for our current wholesale/warehouse operation in addition to room for a near future retail store," said Phillips.
