Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at Corporate Park in Pembroke

Braintree Book rack relocating to 1110 Corporate Park

NORWELL, PEMBROKE, MA, JUNE 7, 2011—Unicorn Realty, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate development, management, and brokerage firms, announced that they have recently completed a lease with Braintree Book Rack to relocate to Corporate Park in Pembroke.

Braintree Book Rack offers a wide variety of used fiction and non-fiction books, as well as rare books and manuscripts. Owner Richard Fitzpatrick opened the store right after college at its original Braintree location, where it has been for fifteen years. The move to Pembroke was mostly prompted by a growing inventory and need for additional space, but Fitzpatrick also cites parking space and better proximity to customers as added bonuses.

“It’s great to have an established institution such as Braintree Book Rack as a tenant,” said Brian Murphy, Vice President at Unicorn Realty. “We look forward to a long relationship.”

Fitzpatrick has signed a lease to operate his bookstore from the 2000-square-foot unit. Robert Fraser of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

The Braintree Book Rack will continue to operate at its current location until June 11. The store will reopen at 1110 Corporate Park later this summer.
