Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at 155 Webster Street in Hanover

NORWELL, HANOVER, MA, ISSUED AUGUST 2, 2010 - Unicorn Realty, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, today announced that it recently completed a lease for a new tenant at 155 Webster Street in Hanover.

Brockton Area Multi-Services Inc. (BAMSI) has opened the doors of its Family Support Center at The Hanover Business Park, according to Barbara Duffy, Vice President of Community Relations of the private non-profit human service organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and sense of self-worth for families throughout the state.

The Family Support Center, funded through the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services, will serve as a hub to provide various programs and activities to families of children with developmental disabilities.

Brockton Area Multi-Services Inc. has signed a lease to operate from the 2,500 square foot unit in The Hanover Business Park, which is located at 145-155 Webster Street (Route 123) in Hanover. Denece Clinton of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

"We chose this location based on its proximity to the Route 3 corridor and its convenient access for people from Braintree to Plymouth," said Duffy.
