Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at 124 Washington Street in Norwell

NORWELL, MA, ISSUED APRIL 20, 2010 - Unicorn Realty, one of the region's leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, announced that it recently completed a five-year lease for a new tenant at 124 Washington Street in Norwell.

TradeWinds Realty Group LLC, an independent business which assists buyers, sellers and developers with the marketing, purchase, sale of land and land development of residential and commercial real estate within Massachusetts selected the location "after much investigation into the abundance of units available throughout the Route 3 and Route 53 vicinity," according to TradeWinds Realty Group owner Marybeth Mills Muldowney.

Muldowney has signed a five-year lease to operate from the 1,300 square foot unit. Denece Clinton of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

"I chose this location based upon its visibility from Route 53, high traffic count, abundant foot traffic, and updates made to the property in the past two years," said Muldowney. "It's an excellent spot and very convenient for clients."
