Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at 9 Grove Street in Norwell

Sal's Pizza owner calls location "great spot"

NORWELL, MA, ISSUED MARCH 10, 2010 - Unicorn Realty, one of the region's leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, today announced that it recently completed a three-year lease for a tenant at 9 Grove Street in Norwell.

Sal's Pizza opened its doors on December 23rd, according to Mark Perfetti, co-owner of the restaurant with his daughter Kate.

The Perfettis have signed a three-year lease to operate from the 1600 square foot unit. Joe McDonnell of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

"This is a great spot with significant traffic from residents in Norwell and Scituate," said Mark Perfetti, noting satisfaction that the 35-seat restaurant is located in close proximity to Hingham and Hanover. "And having a traffic light at the corner of the street is another plus; we're very pleased with this location."
