Unicorn Realty announces new tenant at Corporate Park in Pembroke

NORWELL, PEMBROKE, MA, ISSUED JULY 10, 2010 - Unicorn Realty, one of the region’s leading commercial real estate development, management and brokerage firms, today announced that it recently completed a three-year lease for a new tenant at its Corporate Park location in Pembroke.

Lawn Management Corporation, specializing in lawn, tree and shrubbery care, opened its doors at 920 Corporate Park Drive in early May, according to company president Mike Heffernan.

Heffernan has signed a three-year lease to operate Lawn Management Corporation’s office and warehouse from the 2,000 square foot unit. Denece Clinton of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

Corporate Park at Pembroke is Unicorn Realty’s signature property, with 400,000 square feet of commerce located at 300 Oak Street, Pembroke, Massachusetts. The Park is conveniently located right off Route 3 at exit 12.
